New Year Manifestation Hike

Join us in some intention setting for 2024! We will start our morning with a hike (moms only, sorry kiddos!) to Inspiration Point in Will Rogers State Historic Park (2.25 miles round trip). Once we reach the top Amanda De la Madriz, a certified life coach who specializes in working with busy moms, will lead us in a quick meditation to help us connect to ourselves and visualize what we want for this upcoming year. Then we’ll carry all that awesome energy back down to the bottom, where we’ll journal about the goals we’d like to accomplish as well as get clear on what we need to feel and believe in order to achieve them.

Amanda will also offer to touch base with you in 6 weeks to see how it’s going! She’ll offer coaching via email to help answer any questions you may have or discuss issues you’re running into. Or to celebrate the success you’ve achieved.
