Mommy and Me Yoga Class

Join us at Laughing Frog Yoga for one adorable hour with your mini me! Led by Lilia Mead who has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga, including prenatal/postnatal/mommy and me, this class will be an opportunity to breathe, stretch, smile, snuggle, bond with your baby, and connect with other new moms. Bring your yoga mat, your diaper bag, bottles if needed, and we'll provide the rest!

Cost: $20 (note: class pack credits or First Class Free passes cannot be applied for this class, as it is a specialty program.)
Free for monthly unlimited members of FIT4MOM Santa Monica.
